Polish Chicken

About
The actual origin of the Polish chicken is unknown, as this species was specifically bred as a show bird.
Fun Facts
Named because the feathers on its head resemble the plumes on a Polish military cap. The Polish chicken’s crest of feathers is so large that it usually hides its earlobes, wattle, and comb. This also hinders the Polish chicken’s ability to see well.
