The water buffalo or domestic Asian water buffalo is a large bovid originating in South Asia, Southeast Asia, and China. Today, it is also found in Europe, Australia, and some American countries.

Fun Facts

Water buffalo are black or white in color with large, backward curved horns. Males have larger horns than females. Water buffalo have large hoofed feet which prevent sinking of the animal into the mud.
